Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy govern your use of the Search4less service, including all features, functionalities, reports, our website and user interfaces, and all content and software associated therewith (the Search4less service, Service or Services). By using, visiting, or browsing the Search4less service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the Search4less service, including our website and user interfaces.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Search4less reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms & Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions can be reviewed by visiting our website and clicking on “Terms & Conditions” located at the bottom of the pages of the Search4less website. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will supersede all previous versions. We will endeavour to post prior version(s) on our website when the Terms & Conditions are updated.

In accessing this website you accept that the electronic mail and other transmissions passing over the Internet may not be free from interference by outside third parties and may not remain confidential: in consequence Search4less cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of any information relating to you passing over the Internet. For information about Search4less’s data protection policies, please read our privacy policy. This policy explains how Search4less treats your personal information and protects your privacy, when you use our Service.

Search4Less has systems in place which are designed to maintain a suitable control environment around the Company’s Data and that Search4Less will notify the Company immediately in the event of a security breach, actual or suspected, concerning the Company’s Data and will engage with the Company in respect of any external communications or notifications required in respect of the breach”.

Free Trials

Your Search4less subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial period lasts for up to 3 days, or as otherwise specified during sign-up. Free trials may not be combined with any other offers. If you have been a Search4less user within the last 12 months, or if your payment details, physical address or email address have been associated with a Search4less subscription, or if you are using a device that has previously been activated on a different Search4less account, you are not eligible to receive a free trial. Free trials will be given at the sole discretion of Search4less.

Billing

By subscribing to Search4less, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorised to charge you a subscription fee at the then current rate. Please note that prices and charges are subject to change with notice. You must have Internet access and a current valid accepted payment method as indicated during sign-up (“Payment Method”). As used in these Terms & Conditions, “Billing” shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. The subscription will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each year or period thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription. Visit our website and click on the “My S4L” link to see the commencement date for your next renewal period. We automatically bill your Payment Method each year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying subscription period.

Payments

PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email.

Ongoing Subscription

Your Search4less subscription, which may start with a free trial, will continue annually or periodically unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each year in order to avoid Billing of the next subscription fee to your Payment Method. We will bill the subscription fee to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information).

Cancellation

You may cancel your Search4less subscription at any time. SEARCH4LESS DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL OR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS. To cancel, visit our website and click on the “My S4L” link. Follow the instructions for cancellation under the heading “Cancel Subscription”.

Right to Terminate

Search4less reserves the right to terminate or restrict your use of our Service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.

Search4less is an online subscription Service providing its users with access to Company and Director data over the Internet. All data within the Service is free to download for users. There are no limitations to this usage. Users are free to click through the data and download reports and company data. Users cannot share their username with 3rd parties and can only download data from a maximum of 3 devices. Doing so is regarded as a breach of these terms of use and will result in termination of the Service. The Search4less service uses technology to verify that searches are being carried out by Human interaction. Search4less software is developed by, or for, Search4less and is designed to enable instant downloading of content from Search4less. Any unauthorized use of the software is strictly prohibited and Search4less reserves the right to not provide the software (including updates) to you at any time and to discontinue the ability to access the Search4less service through such software at any time, without prior or any notice.

Account Access

As a user of the Service, you may establish an account (“Account”). Your Account information should not be disclosed to anyone else. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account and for all activities that occur on or through your Account, and you agree to immediately notify Search4less of any security breach of your Account. Search4less shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorised use of your

Account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Service (“Registration Data”), and you agree to update your Registration Data to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Search4less may store and use the Registration Data for use in maintaining your Account.

No Warranty

The Services are provided on an as is basis. As such no representations, conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind are given in respect of the Services, and all statutory warranties and conditions are excluded to the fullest extent possible. Search4less does not take any responsibility for any content accessed through use of the Services. Any use or reliance on any content obtained by you through use of the Services is at your own risk. Search4less does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content accessed using the Services. Under no circumstances will Search4less be liable in any way for any content accessed, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the accessing by you of the Services. You accept responsibility for the selection of and use of the Services to achieve your intended results.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. This will not prevent Vmody Ltd from pursuing any claims in respect of a breach of these Terms & Conditions or otherwise in any other jurisdiction in the world. An  users of Search4less who access the website from jurisdictions outside of Ireland are responsible for ensuring that they comply with any applicable local laws.
